PM - felt a bit sore and tired so I did not run early this morning.  Went out after watching the NYC marathon for a really easy 6 miles and felt great at that easy pace.

AM - easy 3 miles before work this morning.

PM - 7.5 miles on the treadmill at the gym at lunchtime.  Nice run.

Unplanned day of not running.  Up early for a flight to Minn - and then back out in the evening to ATL.  No time to get a run in.

AM - limited sleep - got up and did a run with Richie in ATL - cool damp autumn morning.  Good conversation - made for a nice run.  Lots of hills - slowish pace for about 6.5 miles.

PM - tempo on the treadmill.  2 mile warm up and then 5 miles at tempo - started at 7:03 pace and gradually worked my way down until the last mile was at 6:40 pace (and the latter was likely a bit faster than tempo for me right now).  1 mile cool down.  Overall I felt like this was very good progress for me.  If I continue to see this level of improvement in next several week, I will be very pleased indeed.

PM - easy long-ish run of 10.5 miles on a Saturday afternoon.  I have to head out for business travel this evening to India.  Short time there, long haul though.  Will miss a run tomorrow as a result since I don't arrive until Monday very early AM in Bangalore.
