AM - 5 miles with Finn on the coldest morning so far this season - temperature of 35 with a feels-like of 30. Delayed heading out until sunrise which was around 6:45 - really prefer running after sunrise if time permits.

AM - 5.5 miles with Finn on part of the Forsyth trail and some improvised trails in the woods - as the main trail was closed off with fencing. I suspect the trail probalhas some trees down on parts of it from the storm last week.
