AM - Just under 5.5 miles with Dan and Finn from his place (he had a flat tire and so we changed from the trails to his house as our starting point). Randomly my hamstring was much more noticably sore today - after being relatively unnoticable for days.

AM - heavy thunderstorms overnight and when I awoke this morning - so I slept-in for a bit and then did a short "provisional" 3 miles on the treadmill in case I do not get time or the weather persists later in the day for a proper run.

AM - 5.5 miles with Dan and the dogs on the horsetrail roads - weather is supposed to turn quite bad late today and through Sunday morning with a chance of snow tomorrow and windchills in single digits on Sunday morning. Last Sunday it was nearly 80.

AM - 3.25 miles with Dan and the dogs on the former golf course - late winter storm came through last night with rain changing over to a mix and snow - with high winds - so I did not want to do a long run in the mess - we just ran easy and let the dogs enjoy the mud of leash.

Later AM - 20 miles on the treadmill - had to stop at one point to assist Tracy who came down with a stomach bug and needed my assistance.
