AM - easy recovery run with Delaney and with Riley who has a week break between club swimming and high school swimming.  Kinda cool to be out running with two of my daughters in the morning.  Felt very blessed.

PM run at lunchtime.  8.0 miles - call it the "dump run" as the route goes by the solid waste facility - on a particularly hot day such as today, the odor and the heat make this one a challenge.  Despite the heat humidity and smell, had a pretty good run - Forerunner 405 watch battery died about a third of the way through - so that may explain why the run was good, as I was not checking my pace on the watch.

Nice job on the treadmill yesterday.

I always do about a half mile to a mile at 5.5 to 6 mph before any hard treadmill workout.

Yeah will do that next time. I was pressed for time as it was - had to rush back to my real job to get on a conference call, nearly out of breath and still sweating!
