AM - last day here in WV, so i got one last hill run in.  Up my favorite named hill called Round Bottom Hill, which is about a  1.5 mile climb and a bit longer descent and then back along route 2 which parallels the Ohio River.  Good run to finish up the week here.

Still on track for Des News? I'm planning on a 20 miler on the course tomorrow, Wish you could join me.

Thanks Rob. I have felt pretty fit this week - probably because of the cooler weather. Still on track for the Des News race at the end of the month. Would be great to do that 20 with you tomorrow. When do you think I I should plan to head out - Friday or Saturday before the Monday race.

Giving youself two or three days to adjust to the altitude would be great. Probably the more the better.

We should probably plan to jog the first few miles of the course on Friday.
