| AM - 7.5 miles with Greg for part of the run on the Greenway. We got our signals crossed and he had started earlier; but we connected and ran about 4 miles together. I would have gone longer but Finn basically shut it down a few hundred yards past the turn to the parking lot and refused to go anywhere but back to the car. Either he was thirsty or not into the fast pace or got spooked about something ahead. So I went with his guidance and finished earlier than planned.

| AM - 6.5 miles in a steady rain with Dan and the dogs about half of it was on the golf course. I generally would have opted to run indoors on a day like today - but between Finn and Dan who both love running in the rain .... Good training partners for sure.

| AM - a little short of 5.5 miles with Dan and the dogs. Dan's dog, Rosie, was not in the mood for running this morning - stopped multiple times just to sniff and then dawdled even when she resumed, at a really slow pace. But sometimes you need an easy day, so it was relaxing.
