AM - 4 miles easy on a cool rainy morning in ATL before work.\

PM - 8 mile tempo run on the treadmill at the gym.  Irritated with insufficient amount foam rollers and the absence of customer service to assist in locating one....Good run though.  :)

AM - 4 quite chilly miles in ATL - upper 20's.  I dare not complain looking at the temps in the rest of the country.   I saw a funny clip from a weather newscast with a weather map screen that said it was "National Hate Florida Day" due to the absence of any type of winter weather there.

PM - 6 more miles on the treadmill after work.

AM - 4 miles easy before work, seemed even colder this morning with the windy blowing in ATL.  Headed back to FL this afternoon.  

PM - 4 miles after my flight - too much going on to get in any more miles than that.

PM - short tempo run on the treadmill at lunch.  1.5 mile warm up and then 3 miles at tempo, and then .5 mile cool down.  Limited time.  Good workout though.
