PM - 6.5 miles partially on the golf course.  PF pain higher today for at least the first 4 miles.  Good bit of pain after too.

Travel day for work - and wanted to give the foot a rest - so no running.

AM - hotel gym in Morristown NJ - here on business.  Continued efforts to give the foot a rest before this weekend - I did some indoor rowing - and then on the AMT - (adaptive motion trainer) kinda like an eliptical - I did the equivalent of 2 x 1 mile at MP effort using the HRM.  No pounding on the foot - though some downward pressure - felt like a good alternative/cross train effort.
