| AM - 6.25 miles of exploring in Krakow Poland. Here for business for a couple of days. Cold out but really nice run around the city and along the river.

| AM - just short of 5.25 miles generally around the same area I ran yesterday in Krakow. I found an outdoor track, but could not see any obvious access to it, so I did not run on it. Cool and cloudy with some light rain at times. Legs are feeling heavy and fatigued the last couple of days. Could be the travel, could be the long run from a few days ago, could be old age, or a combination of all three. Will be heading home in another 48 hours.

| AM - 5 miles on my last full day in Krakow. Ran down to the river around Old Town and went in the opposite direction from the last two days along the Vistula. Saw some curious sites: A statue of a dragon (the Wawel Dragon) that actually has a feature where flames come out of the statue on demand via text message; a ferris wheel and hot air balloon; a pedestrian bridge crossing the river with sillouette images of circus performers climbing on the bridge's suspension wires; and a stationary raft on the river with a sculpture of a white pig on its back with is legs pointing upward, on some planks of wood that resemble a campfire or barbeque. Quite cold in the mid 30's and humid with fog along the river.
Heading back very early tomorrow morning.

| AM - 5 miles with Dan and the dogs on the trail - cool and damp - with the non-develop areas being particularly muddy in spots. Good to be home though.
