| AM - 6 miles with Finn on the horsetrail roads in the dark and in the rain. Good run with perhaps a bit higher effort in the last miles than necessary, but sometimes feeling a little more strength as a result of training makes you want to test things out a bit. Happy with the progress over the last several weeks. We were pretty much covered in grit/mud from the wet dirt roads when we finished.

| AM - 5.75 with Dan and Finn. We started on the trail behind my house, but when we got to the area where we normally venture off-trail, the grass/weeds were nearly waist-high and it was dark and wet - so we stayed on the trail, short as it is, and then went back out to his old neighborhood for a few more miles.

| AM - 2 runs this morning- met Dan and ran with the dogs from his house at 6 am as he was going to travel to Athens for his son's HS cross-country meet. Then, right after finishing 5 miles with him; Greg texted us wanting to run - so I brought Finn back to the house and then met him for another 6 miles - much faster pace of course.
