AM - a little over 4 miles with Finn near the Home Depot as I needed some equipment for yard work later.   Relatively flat area - may think about driving there to change things up from all the hills near my house now and then.

PM - treadmill time trial 10k.  No Peachtree 10k today which is an Atlanta tradition on Independence Day - it has been postponed until Thanksgiving.  So I did a short warm up and ran my on personal virtual Peachtree instead.   Not bad - controlled effort - averaged 6:39 per mile.  Cool temps indoors prevailed over the 90+ degree conditions outside.   Doing a family BBQ later and then Hamilton.
