PM - 5 miles on the treadmill, raining and in the mid-40's outside.  Yuck.

PM - lunchtime treadmill workout.  2 mile warm up then 3 x 800 with a 400 rest; then 1 x 1200.  800 cool down.  Avg pace 5:50 per mile.  

Unplanned workout really - until I just decided to do it when I got to the gym.  Felt solid. With the restriction of just 5 miles per day during my recovery (hopefully only until next month) - I have been trying to do some tempo efforts and faster runs to mix things up a bit when I feel the urge.  But I am not really doing anything with a plan or goal in mind.  Just enjoying that I can do it.

PM - easy recovery effort 5 miles on the treadmill at lunchtime.  Outside it is raining and 40 with thunder....expected to continue for the next 6 days.....
