AM - 5 miles with Dan and our dogs for most of the run.  Dan's injury is recovering - and we did not have to break too often to allow for walking to give his calf muscle some relief.   I did another 3000 meters on the indoor rower and utilized the "game" feature of rowing a virtual race with other subscribers to the app.  I think the software simply finds other people who have rowed the same course at some point in time and uses their data and then creates lanes on the screen that look like swim lanes - with each of the other rowers "competing" with one another at the same time.   Surprisingly, it honestly made me try to row harder to catch or to stay ahead of my competition.   At the end you see your ranking globally on the screen - much like a high score list on an old school video arcade game.
