AM - 8 miles with Rob in Park City - Round Valley on some snow packed trails. Good run - great catching up with Rob as always. Snowboarding all afternoon. Completely exhausted.

AM - about 3.5 miles with Riley on a snowy Christmas Day in Park City after opening presents and enjoying a hearty breakfast. Spent the afternoon skiing with the family and then had a lovely dinner prepared by my wife in our condo and then off to see a movie. A full day.

AM - 5 frosty cold miles on some groomed trails across from the Canyons resort with Marcus and Riley. First experience with ice crystals forming on my eyelashes. Riley hair was frosted as was Marcus's beard. Enjoyed the run despite the chilly conditions.

AM - got in late last night but Finn got me out of bed and out for a run by 5:45 this morning Covered about 7.75 miles in foggy conditions. Easily about 35 degrees warmer here than my run yesterday in Utah.
