Long-Term Running Goals:
Continue to enjoy running and racing as long as my body permits me.
Old guy - been running for 40+ years.
PM - rainy afternoon- so I did my long run on the treadmill- 18 miles.
No running but a 1.5 mile walk with Finn before work
AM - 3.25 miles with Finn before a long work day and travel to Hong Kong.
AM - Hong Kong time - skipped Wednesday in flight - 4.5 mile shake out in Victoria Park before a couple of days of business meetings. Quite jet lagged.
AM - just under 6.5 miles ina humid / misty morning run before sunrise in Victoria Park Hong Kong. Mid morning and early afternoon meeting and then I head home.
