Continue to enjoy running and racing as long as my body permits me.
Old guy - been running for 40+ years.
PM - 6 miles in the neighborhood with Finn and Riley - felt a bit ragged during the run, and was sore afterward for some unknown reason.
PM - treadmill workout 8 x 800 @ 3:00 avg pace with an equal recovery period with a warm up and cool down. Pleased with the effort. Travel late today.
PM - in Amsterdam for business meetings - just about 6 miles on some loops around Vondelpark. Lots of bikes!
PM - 8.5 miles today around the streets of Amsterdam - and then also in the park. Felt off today - jet lagged/did not sleep well over night. Heading home tomorrow.
AM - just 4 miles this morning with Riley; yesterday's 11 hours of flight time had me jet-lagged.
