Long-Term Running Goals:
Continue to enjoy running and racing as long as my body permits me.
Old guy - been running for 40+ years.
PM - 4 miles easy - limited time to run.
PM - 10 miles easy to moderate on the treadmill at the gym.
PM - 10 miles much easier than yesterday on the treadmill.
Lunchtime - 8 miles at MP on the treadmill.
PM - 2nd workout - after work. Short warm up then 10x 2mins on/off; 8x 1 min on/off with a short cool down.
PM - 8 miles very easy around the golf course - legs expectedly weak and tired. Felt better near the end of the run.
PM - 8 miles on the treadmill at lunchtime. Legs felt a bit better.
AM - 5 miles easy. Long run tomorrow in Chicago.
