Continue to enjoy running and racing as long as my body permits me.
Old guy - been running for 40+ years.
AM - 7 miles at a decent pace for me this morning - felt a little tired out afterwards. I think this is the longest outdoor run I have done since surgery.
PM - very nice early fall evening in ATL - low 70s - cool with very little humidity. Enjoyable aerobic 6 miles.
AM - 7 miles this morning on the treadmill. Still slow, but a really good run. At a point now where I am not really even thinking about the injury/surgery site - and that is a good feeling.
AM - limited time today - so an easy 4 and then off to the airport for a day trip to VA and back.
AM - 8 miles easy on the treadmill before work. Good run again.
AM - 6 miles easy outside this morning - cool enough for a light windbreaker in ATL (only because I did not have any long sleeve shirts). Caught a cold overnight - so as a result felt sluggish - lots of sinus pressure too. Not a bad run though.
AM - 6 miles on a pleasant morning. Slow but a decent run nevertheless.
