PM - right around 6 miles outside on a hot day, but much less humid than normal, so it was actually not too bad.  Upper legs/hips surgery area was a bit fatigued and a little weak, so I took it very easy.  Will jump on the AlterG tomorrow.

AM - walked with Tracy for about 2 miles and then went over to run on the AlterG treadmill where I got in about 6.5 miles.   Feeling a little "kink" in the left groin area - may take a day or two off just to be safe.

Planned day off to allow for some recovery time - feeling a little fatigued/stressed from the volume perhaps.

AM - not bad today.  Did a walk with Tracy and then a shorter and easier run.  No discomfort or kinks, but I also did not push too hard or go as long.  Will plan to do the same for the rest of the week.

AM - 4 miles easy this morning.  Very light and easy, perhaps even too slow - but no discomfort whatsofever.  Picked it up over the last mile or so - and still no issues.  I think I am benefiting well from this step back week to allow for recovery/rebuild even if it is at relatively low mileage.

AM - walked about a mile with Tracy and then did 7 miles on the AlterG treadmill.  Good run this morning - no tightness, discomfort or any concerns.  Pace was faster (6:35) at the same weight (70% ) and HRR (70-75%) on the tm - so I continue to see improvement in fitness too.

AM - nice easy morning run.  Legs felt fine but overall I felt a little heavy as compared to the AlterG run yesterday (not surprisingly).  Which reminds me, saw a very good movie last night - Gravity.  Highly recommend it.
