PM - wave tempo on the treadmill- 5 x mile alternating each mile 6:30 and 7:30 for an average of 7 mins for 10 miles.  Good workout - limited time.  Probably would have added another mile or two if more time was available.

AM - tried something different - with a second workout early morning after having done the workout yesterday evening after work.  10 x 2mins on/off; 8 x 1 min on/off - on the treadmill - with the 2 min fast reps at 6:30 pace or better, and the 1 min fast reps at sub 6:15 pace - last one at sub 6 min.  Solid effort.  Travel midday to the west coast today.

PM - 6 miles easy along the Embarcadero in San Francisco. East coast west coast running day.

PM - 6.5 very slow and easy miles mostly on the golf course.  Cool and rainy day.  I have a pretty good sore throat brewing up a decent head cold - I am sure.  Heading down to Florida later today for a wedding of some friends.

AM - this is actually Thursday's entry and Friday's  was yesterday.   6 miles at a decent pace along the Embarcadero in SF again ahead of work meeting before heading back home this evening.
