Continue to enjoy running and racing as long as my body permits me.
Old guy - been running for 40+ years.
Unplanned day off. I need to remind myself to get my run in early on Sunday morning because I end up with too much going on to get a run in during the day or in the evening.
AM - roughly 8 miles early this morning - heavy rains last night. Hoping for some more seasonal temps for this week following the front.
PM - 5 more at lunch.
PM - lunchtime - 1 mile warm up then 7 miles at MP. Felt reasonably solid.
AM - very slow 5 recovery type run before work.
AM - 12 aerobic miles on the treadmill. Travelling late today.
PM - UK time - 7 miles or so around Hyde Park in London. Here on business for Monday - arrived early and brought Tracy with me for long weekend.
AM - around 11 miles this morning around London - along the River Thames and across Tower Bridge.
