AM - very early run on the treadmill before business travel to Flint, Michigan and back today. As a result I was pretty slow getting started - expected more miles, but was short on time.
My new house has a steamshower in it. Never used one before. Tried it out on the weekend. I don't get it. Get into a humid/hot steamy room for 20 minutes after you workout?? Is that supposed to make me feel good and relaxed? People kept telling me I will really like it. Maybe I am doing it wrong?
