Continue to improve times on all distances from 5k to marathon
Married with three daughters - each of them are recreational runners.
Planned day of rest
AM - 5k with Finn before work.
PM - a little over 7.25 miles on the treadmill at lunchtime at a higher aerobic effort. Legs felt rested after the day off yesterday.
AM - 3 miles with Finn - partly on the former golf course on the cart paths. Heavy rains overnight had the temps a slight bit cooler this morning.
PM - 5 miles on the treadmill at lunchtime - limited time due to work schedule.
PM - 10 miles on the treadmill at lunchtime.
Travel day to West Virginia
AM - ran from McMechan to Wheeling Park - steep climb up 29th street.
AM - 10 miles at recovery effort along the Ohio river trail. When the Trail ended I ran on the railroad tracks for a few miles.
