| Decided to take the day off. Was really tired today after yesterday's run and a full day of yardwork. Rather take it gradually anyway, since I am starting to feel like I am nearly back to being healthy.

| AM - appxly 4 miles before work. Things felt ok, just a little "catch" in the left hip a couple of times but no pain or discomfort - feeling nearly healed.

| AM - 6 miles this morning. More moderately paced today. I think I am finely over this injury...meaning I think it is healed and I am 100%.
Now the trick is to stay healthy and not to overdo - or do too much too soon. Though I am really tempted to do a couple of doubles this week just to get some more volume in.

| AM - about 7.5 miles this morning. Hillier route - warmer today. A bit more tired feeling than the last couple of days. Went further today though. Decent run.

| AM - 6 miles - same neighborhood, different route. Actually run a different route everyday on my morning runs in the same neighborhood because it is has no traffic and is very quiet. Tried to push it a bit on the uphills and downhills - probably should have been more cautious, but I was feeling fairly solid.
