AM - 2 mile walk with Finn before church. 

PM - 8 miles on the treadmill and then 2000 meters of rowing.

AM - roughly 4.5 miles this morning on the golf course with Finn.  Had the GPS on it for a portion of the run - we were averaging right around 8 to 8:15 pace per mile and I was holding him back at times.  Practiced a little having him off lead.  Kinda funny each time he would realize that I was not holding the leash - he'd run over to me and essentially wait /jump up at me or get tangled in my legs until I picked it up again - and then he'd resume running in front - as if he preferred to have me hold the leash.  He was a filthy mess of mud sand and grass clippings when we were finished - but a happy dog, no doubt.

PM - 7 miles on the treadmill at lunch.

PM - workout on the treadmill - planned to run outdoors on the track but the weather was uncooperative.  12 x 400 @ 5:42 ppm with a 1 min rest.  Warm up and cool down.  Felt difficult tonight.

AM - a little over 3 miles with Finn on the golf course this morning.

PM - lunchtime - warm out today.  Slightly more than 7 miles easy.

AM - 3 miles with Finn in the neighborhood this morning before work.  Body feels the fatigue/soreness of Tuesday's workout.

PM - 7 more on the treadmill at lunchtime.

AM - in Richmond for business.   7.5 miles.  Same route I did here about 6 weeks ago.  Quite warm and humid out.  

 

PM - 3 miles with Finn in the evening - partially on the golf course.
