PM - no running today - after having 3 days in a row of poor running efforts, I decided to rest today.  Took a nap after church and then went for a walk on the golf course with Finn.

AM - early start - with Finn, 5k around the neighborhood.  Felt much better today; rested and with more energy.

PM - two runs of 3 miles separated by a 30 minute break for a work-related phone call.  First one was indoors, and the second outdoors.

PM - 8.5 miles or so outside on a hilly route.  The effort I had to exert was way too high compared to the pace which was on the slow-side.  I felt depleted nutritionally and dehydrated.  Need to re-group and examine my intake.  It made for a high "misery factor" rating for what should have been a rather routine easy training run.  On the positive side, my weight is down :-]

PM - 7 miles on the treadmill - felt much better today.  HR in a normal zone, perceived effort matched pace - all is well.

Made the long drive to Gainesville today for my youngest daughter's college graduation.   The last one is now done!  No time for running today.
