AM - a little over 6 miles in La Spezia this morning. Did some exploring, got lost, took a tumble on some cobbles, skinned my knee and elbow - survived.

AM - just 3 miles today in Rome. Busy schedule with a day trip to Naples to attend a party with Riley's boyfriend's family and then off to Florence with Delaney for a couple of days.

AM - meandering around Florence in the morning - happened to get on a bike path. Had no idea where I was; and then I ended up right front of our hotel at exactly 5k. Could have continued for some more distance - but felt like that was fine for today.

AM - Nice run today in Florence. Ventured outside the city a bit for a very scenic route. Bit of a climb and then a descent on cobbles - so rather slow, but enjoyable nonetheless.
