AM - just under 5.5 miles with Finn and Dan. We ran on the White Columns golf course for a bit.  Good change of scenery and conversation.

AM - 5.5 miles with Finn on the White Columns golf course - even colder today at 36 degrees just before sunrise, but it is supposed to warm into the mid 60's by later today.

AM - 3 miles with Riley who is now at home for an unknown period of time from Boston.  A bit on a slow side, but great time to chat.

PM - 10.25 miles on a pleasant afternoon in the 70's.  Did the first couple with Riley and Finn and then they turned around to head home. Riley is not trained enough for a run that long and Finn is not adapted to the warmer temps yet.
