PM - 4 miles of a just an easy shake out mental health type run - on a glarey warm humid afternoon

PM - long day ... Started at 4 am - travel and stressful workday.  Just enough left in the tank for 7 miles after work in ATL.

AM - 3 miles easy before work this morning. 

PM - good workout.  Actually the best workout I have had in this training period.  2 mile warm-up then 3 x 2 miles at HM with an 800 rest followed by a 1 mile cool down. Solid effort - very controlled and with an avg pace of 6:30 per mile.  Very pleased with this.

AM - 3 miles easy on a very brisk/cold morning in ATL (in the 20's).  

PM - 6 more miles at the gym.

AM - 4 miles easy before work in FL.  Left hip is beginning to bother me a bit - gradually becoming more noticable over the last few days.  May take some time off if it continues to escalate.

PM - concerned about the achiness in the left hip, I nixed the second run yesterday and decided to run late today to give it some more rest.  Did an easy 10 late in the afternoon after a rainy day.   Seemed to have helped a good bit with the additional rest.
