Literally lost this day in travel from Los Angeles to Sydney Australia. I left Saturday evening at 10:15 pm and arrived in Sydney on Monday morning at 8:15 am Sydney time.

PM - just short of 6 miles in and around Sydney Harbour in Sydney Australia. Here for business meetings. It is nearly the end of summer here and the leaves are just beginning to start to change colors slightly. Quite warm, with lots of sights around the harbor including the Opera House and the Sydney Habour Bridge and Botanical Gardens. Body clock is way off - and nutrition is lacking.

AM - 5 miles on the treadmill at the airport hotel in Auckland NZ. It was 4 am and I did not see a reasonable running area outside with the roads around the airport. Early flight. So the treadmill had a virtual running route video - which happened to be in Auckland. Kinda interesting that I was running both literally and virtually in Auckland.

Heading home today. Flight connection in Brisbane Australia. When I leave there it will be 11 am Friday morning and when I arrive in LA it will be 7 am Friday morning. Time for second breakfast. #timetravel.
