No running today. Really sore.  Expect several days of recovery.

Still recovering but the soreness is diminishing remarkably fast.

AM -  1 mile walk/run on the treadmill with some foam rolling and light stretching.

PM - no running because I think the right calf needs a period of recovery - so I did 5 miles of stationary bike and 2000 meters of indoor rowing.   Probably cross train for a while or until I get bored with it.
