Long-Term Running Goals:
Continue to improve times on all distances from 5k to marathon
Married with three daughters - each of them are recreational runners.
PM - 3.5 miles on the golf course with Finn. SB party at my house those evening - so very little time to squeeze in any miles today.
PM - 8 miles on the treadmill at lunch at about 1/2 effort - decent pace progress on the same treadmill week over week at the same HR.
PM - 10 miles easy on the treadmill at lunchtime on a snow-flurried day.
PM - 8 miles on the tm - same effort as Monday.
PM - 11 miles on the treadmill after work. Bit of a grind today.
PM - tempo run on the treadmill at lunchtime. Effort was consistent or slightly faster than last week, and a little longer - 6 miles.
PM - roughly 14 miles; first half with Finn outside and the rest indoors on the treadmill. Not feeling all that great today.
