PM - 10 miles easy on a sunny pleasant afternoon.  Felt a little bit tired and feeling a few little aches here and there.  Step-back week for me, probably well-timed.

PM - 10 miles easy after a very stressful workday.  Hoped it would be more therapeutic than it turned out to be.  Decent run nonetheless.

AM - good workout - strength/threshold pace 4 x mile @ HM pace with 400 meter rest.  3 mile warm up and cool down.  Ran the first two at 6:27 pace and the last two at 6:23 pace.  Easier workout for me this week - as I am planning to race on Sunday - Rock N Roll Half in St. Pete. More of a "reminder" of the pace than anything else.  Manageable - though I don't know that I have that pace in me for the full race - hoping for more in the 6:30 range if all goes well.

Lunchtime - 10 miles easy on the treadmill.  Caught a head cold late yesterday and feeling the full brunt of it today.  Bleah.   Run was fine.

PM - a little over 8 miles easy after work with Richie.  Energy levels low with this URI/cold today.  Hoping it clears up in the next couple of days.

PM - 7 easy miles in downtown St Pete along the water with Richie after we picked up our race numbers at the expo at the Trop. The RNR folks charged me $15 to park to pick up my number. I asked the attendant how many people had complained about that - his response was "just about every single person."

AM - 4 miles easy as prep for racing tomorrow.  My cold is shifted to my lungs which made this for a rather uncomfortable run - tight and breathing was labored it seemed.  Will make a game day decision tomorrow morning to see how I feel.  Really want to race.
