PM - crooss training - rough equivalent to running time / effort - about 24 miles of outdoor cycling - hilly (rollers) for much of the ride.

AM - 2 mile walk with Tracy on the Milton trail.  Day off of work today was nice.

PM - cross training - 13,500 meters of vigorous indoor rowing.

AM - cross training - 8 miles on the indoor cycling trainer and 5000 meters of indoor rowing.  Actually think the left foot is aching from the rowing session I did yesterday.  It is non-impact, but does require pressure/force and flexing of the feet...So I did less rowing today.

PM - swimming - 1250 meters.

AM - cross training - a little over 14 miles of indoor cycling on the trainer.  Staying of the rower for a bit to see if that was aggravating / causing achiness to the left foot.  

PM - cross training - swimming - 1600 meters.  Better day in the pool.

AM - tested out the foot today for 10 mins. on the golf course.  Felt no discomfort during the run/jog - will await the next few hours to see if there is any reaction.  Will plan to try 10 mins every other day unless I start feeling some discomfort.  Want to gradually introduce it.

PM - about 24 miles of outdoor cycling.  Good bit colder this week than last.
