13 x NYC Marathon (1997, 1998, 2010, 2011, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023)

Awoke in the middle of the night with some type of GI issue - so no workouts today.

AM - feeling much better today.  Still cross training:  A little over 7 miles on the indoor cycling trainer; and then 6500 meters of indoor rowing.  

PM - 1250 meters of swimming at lunchtime.

PM - shorter swim today - limited time.  About 800 meters.

AM - 3 mile walk with Tracy on the Milton trail.

PM - 19 miles of outdoor cycling.  Got some wool socks and booties to keep my toes warm.   Really pleasant ride today.
