PM - lunchtime 6.0 mile run.  Very hot and humid again today.  Quads were heavy after last night's tempo run on the treadmill.  Did not run particularly fast, but the perceived effort was more difficult than it perhaps should have been.  Scheduled to do another run later today.  See how I feel later.

See, on I day like today I would do some cross training or strength training instead of a second run.

That's some nice improvement for Delaney, and also a sigh that she's taking the sport seriously.

Ok - actually feeling a bit fried today..may take that advice instead of pushing through more miles.

Really proud and impressed with Delaney's progress. She's worked hard and is quite competitive and it shows that she's learning in each race. Hope she sticks with it over the next few years.
