PM - another solid workout.  Tempo.  3 mile warm up then 5 miles at MP and then 2 mile cool down.  Avg pace 6:44.  Felt very good. Pleased with how I have felt over the last 5 days of running.  Hope it continues.

Good to hear. You've been on the iron supplements for over a month now, right? That's about the timeframe where things will really start to kick in. Now you are really on the upswing. Watch out, London!

Yeah that's right Jake - about a month on the iron supplements. Seem to have found the right brand. Really amazingly different feeling now - particularly after a run/workout. Thanks

Another good run Bret. When you're in London you want to see if you can pick up some "Iron Brew - made from girders." You'll run like a jock (Scotsman) in a kilt chasing a penny.

Scots people are 'known' for being tight with their money.

I may resemble that remark :) ... genealogy says my last name traces to Dumfries Scotland - near Lockerbie. Never been there myself.
