PM - Tracy alerted me via text that my dog "needed a 10 mile run" after work - so we went out at the end of my day - not quite that far - but decent effort for him to burn off some energy.

Nice - like the good old days of youthful children needing daddy to come home and run them around the house ten times (or mommy is going to throttle them)
