PM - Had another pretty solid workout on the treadmill today at lunch.  2 mile warm up then 3 x 5k at 6:31 pace with a 1k recovery at 7:20 pace and then a short cool down.  I had thought about doing another 5k rep, but the last two miles or so of the last 5k had me pressing a bit more than I wanted to, so I thought better of it and wrapping things up.

Nice session. Seems that you've got your mojo back. I think you've picked the right pace, as you seem comfortable working in and around the 6:30 mark.

Not long now, keep at it and I'm sure the work will be rewarded with an excellent PR.

It's a great workout, especially as a lunch workout. Which marathon are you doing again?

That's what I thought. Going to be much cooler than Palm Harbor!
