I just counted - you've run one race in the last seven months. What's up?

Well I did have surgery at the end of August. Then I got fat and slow ... I had plans to run Gasparilla today but had some family commitments. Nearly back to a point in my fitness where I can consider racing. Thanks for asking though.

Surgery is no excuse, Bret! :-)

I just found out I have to go to Atlanta for work at the end of March. Luckily the meeting overlaps w/ G-Tech's invitational so all is not lost, I can sneak in a sea level 5000 while I'm there.

Jake - let me know when in March you will be in ATL -

OK, I remember that now. It earns you some slack.
