Lunchtime run - took a longer lunch today and did 12.0 miles on the treadmill at 6:58 pace - Felt a little like a tempo run - well within a conversational level pace - but long enough and fast enough that I finished feeling like I had gotten a good workout in.

Bret, do you subscribe to Running Times? There's a great section in the new issue on high school cross country. I copied it and gave it to all my runners yesterday.

No - I have been meaning to subscribe. Is the article a run down of all of the big teams or something different?
