AM - cool damp morning in Amsterdam - ran from the hotel to Vondel Park.  Staying a little further away from where I usually stay when I am here.  Temps in the 50’s and cloudy. Felt like a fall day instead of June.   Here for 2 nights and then back home.  Not sleeping very well with all of the travel and time zone changes.

You have such an exciting life, with so much traveling. I think it would exciting.

You must have tons of frequent flyer miles! :)

When you went to Malaysia, did you go through Singapore?

I miss Singapore, but I don't miss the heat and humidity.

I like that even though your schedule is so busy you still somehow find time to run.

Hi Eva -

Yes - I do travel a fair bit. Last year when I went to Malayia, I went to Singapore on that trip, but not this time. I will be going to Singapore for a few days next month though!

And you are right, It is so warm and humid there all the time...I don't care for that even though I lived much of my life in the same conditions in Florida.

Running does a lot for me - and one of the things it does when I travel is that I get to see parts of the town, city, or countryside in a way that I might not get to experience otherwise.
