Long-Term Running Goals:
Continue to enjoy running and racing as long as my body permits me.
Old guy - been running for 40+ years.
AM - 3.3 miles with Finn before work. Very warm even before sunrise. Legs still a bit fatigued in the quads.
PM - lunchtime treadmill workout - 8 x 800 @ 3 mins with a 400 rest. Warm up and short cool down. Tough but solid.
Starting to detect an ever so slight hint of fall in the morning air here. Very welcome.
Jealous - I would love a hint of fall in the air right about now!
