AM - 4 miles easy from my new home in ATL this morning.  Actually felt like I had less discomfort and more strength in the left hip flexor today.  Relatively cooler temps (~10 degrees) and less humidity (~10% less) - made for pleasant running conditions as compared to FL.

When are you joining the Atlanta Track Club?

Already done. Have my nifty ATL track club t-shirt too. There is a 5k on Saturday with the Braves - where you finish on Turner Field and get tickets to that evening's game. Gonna get my daughters to all do it.

Sounds like good progress. Even when my hip didn't hurt didn't it would sometimes give out (like when your legs gives out for now reason).

I see you also updated your location. You're now officially an Atlanter? Atlantain? Atlas? I'm not sure the demonym.

Jason - yep. It is official. Just need to get my GA driver's license. I think it is Atlanatan. Anyway, I live in the Greater Atlanta area - in a city called Milton. So I could be called a Miltonian.

Which would probably draw a secondary/different meaning for you Jason - Given your chosen study.

That's great news Bret. Sounds like your diving into the Atlanta community. Have fun.
