Continue to enjoy running and racing as long as my body permits me.
Old guy - been running for 40+ years.
PM - on the treadmill - 6 x 600 at 5k pace with core/strength routine between each rep - 2 mile warm up and cool down.

Thanks - yeah - I should say I feel "taper-good" - because I rarely feel normal or really great during tapering. How about you? Enjoying the California beaches etc?
