AM - 4.5 miles with Dan and Finn on a morning where it was right around 32 even this late in the season.  Hat and gloves.  Was not feeling it this morning - the effort was high again - for 3 out of the last 4 days - so I probably should try to run easier for a couple of days.

I had my 3 month check-up with the cardiologist this morning and I have been fully released to return to my normal training activity without restrictions.  Also, got specific written permission to run a marathon in June, to share with my wife for proof.  :)
