PM - At lunchtime 6 easy light miles at 75% of HR max - pretty slow.  Wanted to get a true recovery run in to avoid too much stress too soon in my resumption of training.  No calf problems whatsoever.  WhooHoo.

After work I did 1750 yards of swimming at the Y.  Felt a bit tuckered out by the end of the day.

Well played, good sir. Its almost like you've been at this for a while. Healthy just in time for the Spring thaw! Is this Florida weather ridiculous or what? Average temp so far this winter has got to be close to 70 for me and likely well over that for you.

Thanks Doug. Just need to get some miles in and drop a few unwanted lbs. Agree on the weather this winter - it has been pretty mild to warm.
