| AM - got in an easy 4 miles - a little later in the morning than I had planned. Thought I would get more miles in late in the afternoon - then plans changed. Went to two different Memorial Day gatherings - one at noon and the other at 4 way over in north Tampa. Had to pack and finish up some work before travel on Tuesday. | Add Comment |

| AM - early start - first workout since before London. Did an easy warm up of 2 miles to the gym, then did a progression run on the treadmill starting at 7:20 pace, then increasing speed 10 seconds every mile for 6 miles - so the last mile was at 6:30 pace. Hopped off the treadmill and did a 2 mile cool down back to the house. Wanted to be fairly precise in the effort / pacing so the treadmill was quite a useful tool in that regard. Felt decent for the first workout in a while. The last mile may have required a bit more concentration / effort; but overall felt good about the session. | Comments(2) |

| AM - at Hilton Head, SC for management meetings. Seriously - and disappointingly, we were in a conference room without windows from 7 am until 5:30 pm - and have the same schedule tomorrow. Got out early for a nice run on the beach of 8 miles. Low tide, and wide firm and level ground made for a pleasant run. | Comments(2) |

| AM - got out even earlier for a run along the beach in HH in the moonlight. Was at least an hour before I saw any other people out - very peaceful and enjoyable run of 10 miles before early meetings. | Add Comment |
