Atlanta Track Club - Thanksgiving Day 5k.   Normally we have a bunch of friends and family visiting us for the holiday and we “run” this event as a group.  This year it was just two of my girls and Riley’s boyfriend- so I decided to give a solo effort for a change today.   Hilly course had me cautious early-on but I opened up a bit in the last mile.  7:02, 7:07 and 6:42 with the last .1 at sub 6 pace.  Great weather.   Oddly, I finished 1st in the Grand Master category.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Always nice to see a grand masters category. Happy Thanksgiving.
